What is Co-Active Coaching?

The Co-Active Coaching program is built on the cornerstone that we are all naturally creative, resourceful and whole and that we all possess the capacity for knowing what is best for ourselves. With this mindset, the Co-Active Coach comes from a place of authentic being, listening and encouragement, to uncover the best in oneself and others.

If I’m naturally creative, resourceful and whole, why would I want coaching?

Over time, we all naturally fall into patterns of behavior and set ways of thinking. “I don’t have time to…”, “Next year I will…” “I could never…” Simply deciding to change our behavior or way of thinking is rarely enough to create sustainable change in our lives... How long do your New Year’s resolutions last? By taking time to develop your own solutions, changing your patterns of behavior, adapting your default thought process and being held accountable to take action you will experience a shift in your life.  How big a shift? That’s up to you… how far do you want to go?
